Please fill in these 10 questions to help you get a rough idea of where you are at the moment. Please note that ‘church’ here means whatever congregation or community you are part of.

is secure in its safeguarding practices (rather than overwhelmed by all there is to do)

has implemented the safer recruitment guidance for new and existing volunteers and employees (rather than is uncertain about what’s needed)

has a forward-looking, broad leadership (rather than a small, tired group trying to hold things together)

is financially sound (rather than always concerned about money)

has buildings and land that work well for us (rather than draining our resources)

is working towards reducing our environmental impact & celebrating God’s creation (rather than knowing we should do something about it but not knowing where to start)

helps people come to faith and to grow as disciples (rather than keeping the Sunday services going)

openly encourages everyone to serve, and walks with people as they grow into leadership (rather than relying on the usual people / assuming someone else will do it)

is missionally energetic, outward-focused and looking for more (rather than tired, overworked and inward-looking)

is Missionally engaging with the whole demographic of our local area (rather than key groups being underrepresented e.g., children, youth, 18-30)
